Replacing Spreadsheets With Strategic Insight
Scriptology’s early product teams relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual work to identify prescription issues like contraindications, duplicate medications, and patient non-adherence. These workflows were time-consuming and error-prone, making it difficult to support pharmacists at scale or prove ROI to early customers and investors. I was brought in to design a dashboard and reporting experience that would simplify pharmacist workflows, visualize the impact of interventions, and help Scriptology demonstrate business value.
