As lead designer, I helped transform a stalled concept into a scalable care program builder by aligning stakeholders around a hybrid logic model and defining the foundation of the product’s UX and system architecture.

As part of a strategic design sprint, I helped reimagine Amwell’s behavioral health experience—uniting three disconnected products into a cohesive, longitudinal system of care. I led systems mapping, prototyping, and patient journey modeling to demonstrate how patients could move across automated, coached, and live care based on acuity. This work clarified the company’s path toward scalable mental health support and influenced future triage and care orchestration efforts.

After aligning stakeholders around a node-based authoring vision for automated care programs, I led UX for the platform’s MVP—designing scalable workflows, drag-and-drop authoring, and real-time validation tools that reduced development time from 8 months to 8 weeks.

Designed early dashboards and reporting templates to help Scriptology move from manual spreadsheets to a scalable pharmacy insights platform. Created workflows that empowered pharmacists to act faster, surface clinical interventions, and prove ROI to early clients and investors.

Pager is a Figma plugin I designed and launched to help designers structure their files using component-driven templates. It removes the friction of inconsistent setup, giving teams a fast, repeatable way to start with clarity and scale with consistency.

AI made building fast, but the reasoning kept disappearing. I designed and built a layer above the work where people and AI share the same knowledge, decisions and intent.
